Exodus International Caught in Copyright Infringement While Accusing Gay Bloggers of the Same
Posted on | March 7, 2006
Mike Rogers over at BlogActive found a lovely little bombshell on the pathetic attempt of Exodus International to blackmail sites into taking down an image that parodies a billboard of theirs which was created and posted by Justinsomnia. The letter, sent by the right-wing law firm The Liberty Council, threatens legal action for copyright violation for the image and demanded it be taken down. However Mike has uncovered copyright violations on Exodus International’s own site which they lifted and used in blatant infringement of a drug-users support website.
Here is the original image…

And here is Exodus International’s infringement of those graphics…

Can we say hypocrisy? Way to go Mike!
